Constitutional Changes Concerning Ministry of Baptist Progress to be Proposed at a Special Called Meeting of the BMA of Texas, May 20

An executive committee meeting has been called by BMA of Texas President Michael Pool that will take place at Pathway, Waxahachie at 11 a.m., May 20, 2025. The meeting will concern proposed constitutional changes regarding the ministry of Baptist Progress. Complete details will be published in the April issue of Baptist Progress.

An executive committee meeting is a special called meeting of the BMA of Texas at which all churches are allowed one executive committee member or messenger to represent the church and vote on its behalf. We encourage your church to send an executive committee member/messenger to this important meeting.

To be sure, the ministry of Baptist Progress will remain intact, be enhanced and even be expanded should the constitutional changes be approved. These are exciting times for the ministry of Baptist Progress!
