JULY 8 – Interim Pastor Training Facilitator: Jerry Fulton, Baptist Missionary Loan Association Director Where: BMA of Texas Building, 632 Farley Street, Waxahachie Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This workshop will answer for potential interim pastors the questions below:
During the training, potential interim pastors will be provided with an assessment survey to use in the church they serve as well as other helpful tools. Those who complete the training will be certified as an interim pastor for the BMA of Texas. All potential interim pastors must have pastoral experience in order to attend the training. JULY 15 – Every Member “In” Ministry Facilitator: Todd West, BMA of Texas Missions Training Lead Where: BMA of Texas Building, 632 Farley Street, Waxahachie Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. As ministry leaders, we focus on making disciples of Jesus Christ. Have you considered that discipleship doesn’t just happen in the context of learning but also serving? We have all seen the radical change in the believer who “finds their lane” of service. What if I told you that you could potentially double the number of people serving? How would this impact the effectiveness of the church where God has placed you as a leader? The Every Member “In” Ministry workshop will give you practical, biblical ideas implemented in your church, regardless of location.
